Amazing assortment of molés, over a dozen varieties. Many specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere, like tlayudas, dried smoked peppers, cajeta, bottled tepache, fresh corn muffins, homemade cheese and yogurt. Inexpensive bulk items like dry beans, snacks, and candies. Very friendly staff that offers samples and recommendations. A unique place with lots of specialty goods.

The best selection of moles that I know in Chicago. Over 20 moles in paste or powder. The friendly bilingual staff will let you sample any before purchasing. A small deli counter stocked with chorizo and cheeses and a variety of dry beans, chiles, nuts etc.

Love this place specially during COVID time. No more than 2 people are allowed at a time, and they have fresh ingredients and meat. If you are looking for Mexican ingredients to make a meal, this is the place. You'll even feel you are in Mexico upon entering the store.
